Beyond Reality - Dream Higher Than Anyone Else

"A wasteland or something probabaly"Asked Daru and reached into his pocket and pulled out a small handheld mallet"Ain't much of a weapon but i got a mallet if any thing hostile's here"

Denzel laughed. "Ok, let's just move forward and see if we find something." They both walked randomly until they found a large and empty road.

"Ooh a road!"Said Daru and ran towards it"Maybe we'll see a car so we can ask whats going on"

"Then, let's wait" said Denzel. They waited, waited, but nobody came.

"Hmm...a new plan i guess"Said Daru"Split up and explore?"

"Better not." said Denzel "Remember we gotta be cautious. We don't what this world can bring to us. We will just have to wait, or maybe follow the road." said Denzel

"Let's follow the road then!"Said Daru"Now to look for some gold bricks..."

They started to follow the road. "Man, nothing... Are we the only one living here or something?" said Denzel already getting a little mad.

"Certainly no golden brick road here"Said Daru"And no fairy to help us either"

"Believe it... So, how about if we get to know each other better? Since I'm going to endure with you for a long time." said Denzel with a little laugh

"Well i watch anime,need a girlfriend and got a pretty bad paid job with high risk danger"Said Daru"You?"

"Studying guy. Like reading, writing and I tend to dream a lot." Then, suddenly, from the bottom of the road, both started to hear the sound of motorbikes. "Hey, listen..."

Daru looked across the road then got out the Mallet and flipped it in the air to look cool,which failed as he hit his foot
"Ah that failed..."Said Daru and picked up the mallet"Better keep our senses about us though"

The motorbikes were getting closer and closer. You could see a little gang of 6 bikers. Denzel waved his hands to call their attention and they stopped. Denzel thought that maybe it was not a good idea, but, who knows, maybe they were goods guys after all. One of them got out of his bike. He seemed to be the leader of the bike gang.

"What are fellas like you doing in such place?" he asked

"No idea to be honest"Said Daru"Don't you just hate it when you're at work then magically transported somewhere else?"

"Huh? What the hell are ya talking about, kid?" asked the man "Anyway, you guys need a ride? We can take you to our spot and rest a little, you seem a lil' too tired for me, watcha say?" "It is ok for me" answered Denzel

"Alright then"Said Daru

And they rode their motorbikes. They started to drive fast. Daru went with the leader and Denzel went with another guy. "Woah!" screamed Denzel "What? Are you that scared, kid?" said the man "Hey, don't expect some date driving, pals" said the leader.

"Hope i don't fall off"Said Daru"Better keep this metal contraption balanced"

They arrived at a bar, followed by a little country village. The bikers stopped driving. "Now, why don't you come up and stay with us for a while in the bar? We will show you some stuff around" said the leader. Oh, by the way, forgot ya to tell my name. I am the leader of this bike gang, and my name is Kevin Flame. I can ride with my bike on the most dangerous place, even in the middle of the fire. Nice to metcha pals!" said Kevin

"Nice to meet you too Kevin"Said Daru"And sure we have nowhere else to go"

They entered the bar. Inside the bar there were many bikers as other villagers. The environment was comfy and warm. Almost everyone had a beer in their hands. They were also starting to serve dinners. At the same time, the sun set down and stars appeared in the sky. "Welcome to Heaven's, I know that you are hungry, so choose a dish, we will pay for you." said Kevin "But..." said Denzel "There is no butt. We must help each other, right? Don't worry, we can be bikers but we are not as scary as people think."

"I'll have this one please"Said Daru and pointed at the food he wanted on the menu

Denzel also choose a certain dish on the menu. The bikers also served themselves and everybody started to eat around a table. "So, where ya kids are from?" asked Kevin "Errr... We are from..." "Don't worry, kid, don't be so nervous like that." "What is this place?" asked Kevin "We just got lost here." "This place... Is the Canyon of Death." "The Canyon... Of Death?" said Denzel with a surprised face.

"I'm from England originally then moved to Japan"Said Daru"Out of curiosity is there a reason why this place is called Canyon of Death?"
