"And only 50 Gil each!"Said Zero stretching
Turuto also stretched and hit Zero with the hilt of his own sword when he rolled over

"Now, what should we do?..." asked Haseo "Where do we start? Another mission? Meeting some villagers? Learning about this world?"

"Or buying Monsters!"Said Zero excitedly with a smile on his face
Zero jumped out of bed with a leap and landed on his feet

"Ok, so why don't we go shopping since we have some nice money now?" suggested Haseo

"Let's do it!"Said Zero running out of the Inn in a hurry
"I wonder if ill see any pretty women in this world..."Said Zero grinning as he sat on the steps outside of the inn for Haseo
Turuto tilted his head and looked at Haseo as if to say"Whats got into him?"

"Get a Viera!" said Haseo as he started to laugh "They are rather cute... Man I'm still using my human world clothes, it feels weird using them here, but I would love to keep them anyway. Why not modify them to assassin's clothes?"

As Zero waited for Haseo he saw a tall human girl about 2 years older than him walk past and ask about jewellery while balancing a large blade on her shoulder
"She looks rather beautifal..."Said Zero before suddenly realizing she was human"Hey Haseo come see this!"
The Girl turned around as if Zero meant her when he shouted to Haseo but she turned back around quickly to talk to the jewellery owner again

"That's the girl of your dreams, ha!" he looked at Zero "Yeah, she's human... There are humans in this world. But I think those ones are born here."

"At least we know there are other humans here"Said Zero as his face went red"And just because ive complimented a girl doesnt mean i love her"
Turuto wrote the word "Lamia" on the dirt outside the inn and then quickly scrubbed it away
"Yeah could be"Said Zero"Cya in a bit guys"
Zero then walked outside the Inn past the girl and sat under a tree in the distance to forumulate a plan
"Haseo right about Viera's"Zero thought to himself as his eyes twinkled"Not only are they bunnies,they're also cute to match!"
Zero's grinned and started thinking of how he could about his task

Haseo decided to be blunt this time. He walked and started to talk with the girl "Hey, sorry if I'm bothering you but would you know where I can get some nice clothes around here?" Haseo grinned secretly to Zero. "That's how you do it" he whispered to himself, pretending to do telepathy with Zero.

"Oh sure there is some nice one in that shop over there"Said the Girl"Im going there myself so i can show you if you like"
Turuto grinned and followed the girl

As Zero was sitting under the tree he had a strange feeling he was being watched
"Is somebody there?"Zero asked standing up and turning around to be greeted with a karate chop to the head
"Yes there was"Said a voice as Zero was dragged while unconcious to a nearby cave

Haseo and the girl went to the clothes shop. "Hmmm... These ones look like too old!" he said as he was checking all the clothes around. They were all assassin's clothes but they weren't the way he liked. "If you are so indecise about the clothes, why don't you edit the one you're wearing to a more cool one?" said the shopkeeper. "Man, these ones are too cool to throw away, don't you think Zero? Zero?"

Turuto looked around and discovered Zero had still not come back yet and nudged Haseo in a attempt to share his worry
"Has one of your friends gone missing?"Asked the Girl noticing Turuto anxiously walking around

Zero awoke to find his hands and ankles bound with rope and his sword propped up against a wall
"So you're finally awake huh?"Said a human like figure looking over him holding a katana to his throat"I'm holding you hostage so i can get some money from your family understand?"
Zero nodded watching the Katana carefully and on a closer look saw the person had a pair of bunny like ears
"Good"Said the figure"I need all the money i can get..."
Zero then plucked up the courage to talk
"Are you in debt to somebody?"Asked Zero
"I might be but what does that matter to you?"Said the person moving the Katana back slightly

"Zero is not here... Maybe he is outside the shop" Haseo went out and didn't see anything at all. "Zero! Zero!" Zero didn't answer at all. "Turuto, do you know where he could be?"

Turuto shook his head and looked down

"If you're in debt then ask for help"Said Zero"I'd have helped if you would have asked"
"Nonsense"Said the person"You lie like everyone else"
"I'm not lying "Said Zero"Why would i lie if im already doomed to die here?"

"Hmmm... Where could he be? Dammit... Zero! Zero!" Haseo didn't stop calling Zero until Moo arrives "Hey, do you need any help?" "Yes, Zero is missing!"

"It seems i've made a mistake in kidnapping you"Said the person shifting around a bit
"So how can i help you?"Asked Zero
"My family owe 10,000 gil to the Judge or we'll lose our home"
"Me and friend of mine have 2300 gil we could put torwards it"Said Zero"And if all 3 of us do some quests then we'll be able to raise money for it"
"Fine but can you promise?"
"I promise"Said Zero
The person undid the ropes and saw a flash of what she looked like in the darkness

"What of it?"Asked the Viera"And you know you're not getting sword back so you can kill me right?"
"I won't do anything of the sort"Said Zero"Oh yeah i forgot to ask what your name was"
"Rosetta"Said the viera
"Right shall we get started on making some money"Said Zero
"Seems like a good idea"Said Rosetta
As they left the cave Zero felt like he was being watched and heard a twig snap

Zero and Moo started to run around looking for Zero, but there were no traces of him. "Man, what am I going to do now?". Moo looked at a piece of cloth that he had "I have this piece of cloth of your friend right here" "How?" "Normally, all the people I meet... I steal them a piece of cloth without them noticing and keep it in my bag..." "What?! You are telling me you have a piece of my cloth?" "Yes..." Moo started to smell the piece of cloth in order to find Zero.

"Did you hear something?"Asked Zero
"No"Said Rosetta"Where are we going?"
"To the guilder to get some quests from locals"Said Zero
A judge in black came up to them with a large sword in his hand

"Ah there you are Rosetta"Said a Black armoured judge"I trust you have the money?"
"I'll need more time"Said Rosetta"It should be done by the end of the week"
"End of the week?! Ha!"Said Black Judge"You've owed it for 2 weeks now and you dare ask for another week?!"
"Hey she's trying her best"Said Zero"Leave her alone"
"Another word out of you and you'll be going to jail with her"Said Black Judge"Red Card!"
A small red card appeared out of his hand and it went flying towards Rosetta
"I sentence you to jail for overdue debts and for kidnap"Said the judge

Haseo saw the Black Judge scene and Zero. "Zero! Zero! What the hell happenned?" "Kupo, that's a Black Judge, seems your friend ended up in a big, big, big trouble..." said Moo

As the card was about to hit Rosetta is suddenly disintergrated as Turuto came tumbling past
"Matra Magic...Good idea!"Said Zero"This guy won't leave Rosetta and keep saying she owes him money"
"Matra Magic isn't enough"Said Black Judge"Now give me the money or you're all going jail!"
Zero walked over to Haseo and whispered in his ear
"Keep him distracted while i grab my sword"Whispered Zero"If this turns ugly we'll need everyone at full power"

"Hey, what is going on here, sir? Anything wrong, don't tell me you are the kind of guy who hurts pretty ladies. Especially Vieras, hmmm... I wonder if all the Vieras come down hunting down if you arrest her for just some money." said Haseo

Zero walked off quietly to grab his sword
"Speak straight boy!"Said Black Judge"Its in the law that you pay tax to the judges,and this young lady here has been avoiding these taxes for many weeks now!"

"Why should we pay taxes to you guys? Because you control our battles? Well, sometimes, adventurers can have some bad times and don't get money and food at all. Why don't you for her to gather some money. Don't you want to negotiate. I can do a favor or two for you, or I can help this Vieira get the money in a week. If I suceed, you'll forgive her and we'll pay you the taxes. If I fail... I will never fail!" said Haseo confidently

"12,500 Gil and ill terminate the debt"Said Black Judge"If you dont get that amount in 2 days from now everyone in your village's taxes will double until you get the money"
Black Judge slammed his sword into the ground as a Judge Emblem appeared underneath him
"Negotiations closed"Said Black Judge as he and the Emblem just dissapeared into thin air
