Ratchet was bleeding and raised a hand towards Saber before falling
"You.."Berserker said and his black sword returned to him and he shook with rage

The cape disappeared and appeared next to the tiger's right eye and made a quick piercing attack to blind the tiger

The tiger roared with pain. Saber noticed the blood coming from Ratchet and noticed Berserker's reaction. He immediatly grabbed Lotus after turning back and told her to escape. Pierre was using a walkie-talkie to talk to Archer and ordered her to run away. Rider was the one who couldn't run away because he didn't want to leave his tiger alone.

The silver sword flashed before Rider and a hand could be seen on the sword

Berserker used a dark claw to pick up Ratchet then charged at Saber roaring aggressively

"Come quickly Saber's Master"Said a young man with a staff"Escape from Berserker through this portal"
The man opened a portal then quickly disappeared as Berserker roared again

Saber and Lotus noticed the portal, but Saber was trying to find another solution but he couldn't deal with Berserker's fury. But they didn't have another choice, that portal could be the only way to save them. Saber grabbed Lotus without saying anything and lead them to the portal. Rider was astonished with the situation.

Berserker appeared just as the portal closed and growled sadly then looked at Ratchet

The sword slashed at Rider to cut his neck with one slash

Rider dissapeared right before the sword could deal the finishing blow. It was Crastel that used a Command Seal for him to go to another place in order to proctect his Servant.

The sword quickly disappeared a few seconds after leaving Berserker and Ratchet alone.
"Master are you alright?"Berserker asked and returned to normal
Ratchet gave no response
"Oh crap..."Berserker tried to heal him but seemed ineffective

The portal took Lotus and Saber to the middle of a busy street,with no sign of other servents

Saber dropped Lotus and they started to look around the street. "Huh?" said Lotus, what is this place? "Master, don't you know this place?" asked Saber "No" answered Lotus while she was wondering what exactly happenned.

Berserker sighed and picked up Ratchet,then made his way to Ratchet's house
"You will pay Saber..."He said and growled

After going back to the hidden church, Pierre was talking to Archer. "Master, I'm afraid we are going to have difficulties defeating Berserker." she said "Don't worry" said Pierre as he adjusted his glasses with his right fingers "We are seven chosen ones, one of the Servants can get strong enough and defeat Berserker. Plus it is normal that this battle ended this way. We don't anyone's skills yet, it is natural that the first battles can end up being inconclusive" "I see... I'm happy that instead of throwing arrows, I can throw Axes with a bow..." "Interesting... Some nice power you have."

At the wine cellar, Crastel's mysterious friend (who appeared in the summoning) was healing Rider's wounds. "Damn, already wasted a Command Seal on the first battle." said Crastel with an angry tone. "Calm down, you sh..." "We may have lost the battle but not yet the war..." added Rider as he interrupted the woman's speech. "Rider!" shouted Crastel "Don't worry, my friend, it will take a while to heal these wounds. After I get healed, I promise you I'll get better at battle. For some reason, my name is Sun Quan!" "Rider..."

Berserker layed the bloodied Ratchet on the floor and found a faint pulse
"It's not too late..."He said and went to Ratchet's bookshelf for a healing book"Advanced Healing will do..."
Berserker gathered ingredients from around the room in one hand while reading the book with the other then looked over to Ratchet to see his illusion had wore off
"He still has some magic then"

"How did it go?"Drake asked as a light entered the room suddenly
The light faded and was replaced with a assassin like clothing
"I made some serious injuries to Rider and his Mount.."He said"Also Saber has damaged what appears to be Berserker's master

Saber and Lotus were a little lost. Then, thanks to some citizens they managed to find their way home. "I wonder who created that portal thing." said Saber "It seems that we won an ally which face we don't even know" "Weird..." answered Lotus "That thing had nothing to do with Evenleith's magic. What was that?" "Good question, Master." they kept talking as they were heading home.

"How did it go?"An old man said as the robed man came through the door
"It went very well"He replied"They believe we are their allies now"
"Wonderful"

Berserker had gathered all the supplies and put them into a bottle
"...And now to make him drink it"He said and poured it into Ratchet's mouth while holding his head up

Saber and Lotus managed to get back home and study everything they saw. "Rider, Archer, Berserker, a strange ally, a mysterious sword... I believe that at least 5 or 6 of us were there." said Saber "Like a Battle Royale?" asked Lotus "Indeed, I mean our clash with Berserker may have called the other's attention. They were probably taking advantage of the clash and tried to defeat the first Servant, however they had no sucess." "Do you think so, Saber? Rider was badly damaged." "Yeah, but his Master was nearby. He may have ran away thanks to a Command Seal. Probably everybody is resting and getting healed. Now that we know some abilities, they can start to create some plans."

"From now only send out your card servants Caster"The old man said and coughed"You are my last hope and I cannot afford to lose you"
"Understood master"Caster replied"Tea?"
The man nodded and Caster headed to the kitchen

"And so what are we going to do, Master?" asked Saber "Right now, we must train properly before going to battle. In this battle we didn't workout as a real pair. We need to combine my magic ability with your combat skills and take a great advantage from it." answered Lotus "Sounds like a good idea."

He brought out a tray with tea and plate of sugar cubes on
"How much sugar?"Caster asked
"Just one.."The man replied and slowly took the tea and sugar cube"Thank you..."
"Your welcome master"Caster said and smiled as he took the tray out

While Berserker was reading he heard a groan
"Ratchet?"He asked and turned his head
Ratchet's hands were clenched and shaking

At the church, Pierre and Archer were praying. "Master..." said Archer "Yes?" said Pierre "I'm thinking... Why did I came back to this world? I mean, I am a Servant, an Heroic Spirit, but I'm not that of a great hero like certain ones out here." "Well, we don't know their identity yet. But I guess I can get some ideas." "Is it?" "Yes, especially Saber and Rider. A samurai like Servant that uses only one hand to fight. And a feudal Servant dressed in red, using a sword and riding a Tiger." "What about Berserker?" "I don't know about that one, it is quite hard to know..." "I guess they will never found out who I am" "Why?" "Who ever heard of Jeanne Hachette?" "Who knows?" "That's right..." said Archer as she felt discouraged by not having defeated anyone "Maybe that's why I'm weak..."

Berserker sat next to Ratchet and yawned

At the wine cellar, the woman left the place and Crastel was alone with Rider who had already woke up. "Master, I'm sorry putting you trough that?" said Rider "Why?" asked Crastel "I should have been good enough to face that mysterious thing. If they attack us now, I won't have any chance with counter-attack" "Don't worry, since you are an Heroic Spirit it will only take one day for you to recover. The sun will set very soon." "Master, may I ask you something?" "Yes, Rider?" "What are you dreams?" "My dreams?" "Yes, me for example, I wanted to unify the whole China with Wu. I still remember those who fought at my side... And so the next day, Rider had recovered most of the damage even though his available moves were limited. Meanwhile, Saber and Lotus were training and creating new ways of battling and planning some strategies.

Over the next few days Ratchet was getting back his health
"We'll have to defeat Saber first"Ratchet said"To get him back for this"
"Exactly what I was thinking"Said Berserker"But Ratchet..."
"Yes?"
"Next time don't try and save me"Berserker said"It could have killed you"
"If you're sure"Ratchet said

After his recovery, Rider was already walking around with Crastel. They share many of their stories and they talked about the amazingness that the world could bring. Exploring... What a typical dream of a real dreamer. "I am ready to battle!" shouted Rider "This time, the next one who fall into my hands will simply die with the tiger of Wu!" "Seems you are very confident!" said Crastel.

Ratchet and Berserker started chatting about the world after a long silence
"Has the world really changed so much?"Ratchet asked
"To me it has"Berserker said"There was no cars or planes in my time"
