Fate/Zero 10th Holy Grail War

Ratchet ran out again but this time went down to the market,using his illusion money to buy some essentials like Blood and Chalk while avoiding the trader
"I hope Pig's blood will work fine"Said Ratchet and spotted the trader coming towards him"Oh crap"
The Trader walked up to him angrily

(Ok!)

After eating, Lotus looked at the Long Sword again and was wondering what it was doing there. "A message from my brother? What does he want? I don't want anything, but anything from him or from anyone in the family!" she said "Luke... Did he knew that... I was going to join the Holy Grail War." she looked up "God, why me? Can't I cancel my participation? Hmm..."

Ratchet made an illusion of himself as he sprinted away as fast as he could
"You owe me some money son"Said the trader"Otherwise i'm gonna smash your skull in and set you on fire"
The Illusion pointed and laughed at the trader and then dissapeared,leaving a very,very annoyed trader looking at the ground in disbelief

Lotus' phone was ringing. "Huh? Who could that be." It was a unknown number. "Hello?" "Evenleight member... Or should I say Lotus." said a voice "What?" answered Lotus "Yeah, we already know your new codename. You can't escape us now. We already know that you were chosen for the Holy Grail War, and there is no way you can't escape." "Who are you?!!" "It doesn't matter. But you should already recognize my voice, dear sister". Lotus stayed in shock "Bro...Bro...Brother?!" "Exactly, it's Luke. Long time no see, or should I say, long time no heard. Now, be a good girl and do as I say." "As if I'm going to!" Her pendant started to shine and Lotus started to scream in pain. "Now, now, do I have to reteach you the ways of the Evenleight? Do as I say, and you will survive. You'll be representing us this time. I don't care how, but you have to win. I can control you by distance, so screw up and I'll kill you. You don't deserve to live anyway." "This pendant?" "Damn that guy,he won't stop following me"Said Ratchet and hid in a bush"I mean i did take his Crown for next to nothing but he still shouldn't follow me"

"Coming back to the family? Never!" Lotus was damaged again "HAAA!" "How many times do I have to repeat the same thing... By now, Lotus, you should have received your new item I gave you." "*tossing* The sword?" "Yes, the sword. We have already chosen the one you are going to summon." "Who is it?" "Now, now, you have time to train yourself. Ratchet arrived home and studied the summoning ritual along with practicing the circle in his library room

Meanwhile in a boat on the way to Ivalice,the city where the Holy Grail war takes place
"Wh-why?"Said a man"All i wanted to do was watch my son Ratchet take part in the Holy Gra..argh!!"
The man was stabbed in the head by a man wearing black ninja like clothes and then the man stabbed a woman hugging Ratchet's father while crying
"The boy's parents have been elimanated"Said the ninja like man into his wrist"Prepare to breake the news to the boy"

Lotus stayed quiet and sit down for a while. "I thought... I thought I would never meet my family again. They have found me, and this time... I... I cannot escape" she said.

Ratchet continued his research resulting in a few explosions when he applied blood to the circle
"I'll get this right eventually!"Said Ratchet and grinned

Lotus started to get depressed knowing that her family was controlling her once more. "My freedom... Is all gone!" she said crying.

(Time warp!)
3 Months later
"Ah finally i've figured it out!"Said Ratchet and put the book down on his chair"Now i can finally get on with this!"
There was a knock on the door and Ratchet runs to the door to see a smart looking man in black
"I'm here to break some bad news sir"Said the man and coughed
"Yes what is it?"Asked Ratchet,eager to get back to work
"Your parents..."Murmered the man and took a breath"Sir your parents have been killed by one of the contenders while making their way to visit you"
"What...?"Ratchet raised his voice
"Contenders in the Holy Grail war sir"Said the man"On their way to see you they were murdered"
"I thank you for telling me"Said Ratchet and clenched a fist"But i advise you go now"
The man didn't need telling twice and left as Ratchet went back inside
Ratchet slammed his fist on the table and tears came from his eyes
"My father...my mother...""Said Ratchet and he put the goggles on his head onto his eyes"Someone is gonna pay for this!!!"

Three months later...
"No... Can't do it... AGAIN!" Lotus was in the middle of the forest training black magic. Since she stopped using it, she lost most of her abilities. She was already way worn out. "I am not... If I... If I fail, the Evenleith... They will all... They will all kill me!" she continued training even more.

He put on a brown cloak along with a small brown hat
"Time to get to work!"Ratchet said as slammed all his equipment onto a table in the library room"Right Blood,Chalk and Magic Book check!"
He started drawing a circle almost breaking the chalk with how hard he was pushing down on it

"Don't you think we went a bit far killing his family?"Asked the Ninja like man from before
"It's was the only option to get him on our side"A voice in the dark replied"Now we can use him to kill the rest" 
"As you wish my lord"The Ninja dissapeared in puff of smoke

Lotus fell to the ground. She was out of mana and couldn't cast anything more. "I still have... Some nice months... Until then, I must become better, way better. To save my life..." she said.

Ratchet held the Book in one hand while he put blood around the circle with the other hand
"They'll pay for this!"He said as he continued with the ritual"They all will!"

Lotus grabbed her summoning book and said "I don't want to do this, but it's all for my survival. It's for my freedom."

"Next is the chant..."Said Ratchet as he flicked through the book"Ah here we go!"
Ratchet threw down the book as he stood up
"As a Master i promise to give my mana and life force for your awakening!,King Macbeth be summoned forth with the Power of Illusions and the Power to Heal my heart!"
Ratchet's goggles went misty and black as he continued chanting
"But let chaos cloud thine eyes,Thou who art trapped in a cage of madness,And i who doth hold thy chains and come forth from the Illusions!"
A black mass of Shadows appeared along with red eyes and a roar
(Play epic music while reading)

(Remember that the Holy Grail War will only begin in a year and nine months)

After some days of training, Lotus received another call. The phone rang. "Hello?" she said "Now, now, Lotus... It is me again, Luke. I hope you are getting stronger and do what I've been telling you. One day, we will meet each other, you will meet face-to-face with your family, but not for now, since you only are a weak worm to enter our house." said Luke "How dare you, Luke!" "Lotus. I don't need to warn you again, don't you? You still have plenty of time, but plenty of mana to use... Don't forget."

(An event to fuel his anger more)
A very low angry sounding voice spoke
"You are too quick to summon your Servant"Said the voice and the shadows dissapeared"However you have successfully summoned your Servant,therefore i shall only withhold your servant until the time comes"
The voice echoed and then stopped suddenly
"What? no come back!"Ratchet said grasping at the spot where the shadows were"I need it...to avenge my family..."
Ratchet sobbed on the floor

(Oh, ok!)

Lotus threw her phone against a wall. "It's always the same thing. But I gotta do it...". She rested and continued her training.

(The one with the Ninja(Assassin) is a Master is closely related to the church,so has got his Servant early due to prayers and offerings)
"Damnit.."Ratchet said"Then theres only one thing left to do while i wait...train myself!"

(I'm thinking Pierre Duval's Servant to be an archer, is that ok for you?)

One year has passed. Lotus continued to train. She was way better but not strong enough to summon her Servant. Meanwhile, Pierre Duval kept close to the church in France doing secret things.

(Yep fine with me ^^)
Ratchet has undergone a lot of close combat like training,such as Knives,Fists,Maces and most 1 handed weapons so he can wield them easily regardless of size or weight and also attended his Parent's funeral
"Now i got a lot more fighting power"Ratchet said as he rested on his the couch"Hopefully that should be useful when the time comes"

This time, one year before the event, Lotus was invited to go to the Evenleith's mansion. She didn't want to go, but she was obliged. As she arrived at the mansion's garden she stared at the mansion with a sad look. She was remembering her childhood and how harsh her family was with their education.  She walked with nervous steps and hold herself. She entered the mansion. An old lady was waiting for her "Long time no see, Evenleith Master's daughter. I know what you are here for. Come on in, enter your room. Master will talk to you soon." Lotus didn't answer at all because of her state, but continued to walk with the old lady. She entered her room. Looking outside trough the window, she could see the dark sky of the night full of stars. She smiled. She did it because the stars and the flowers were the only things that could make her smile deeply. Minutes later, a man entered...


"Long time no see, sister..." he said. Lotus recognized immediately the voice and turned around. It was Luke Evenleith, her brother. "Luke... You know I don't miss you. Not even any member of this family" "You will start to" "Keep dreaming. You know I'm only here by force" "You learn things very quickly. You always had a wisdom talent. Still you never wanted to share that wisdom with us. Ridiculous. I hope you still have that sword. The one you are going to summon is indeed our greatest bet this time." "Is it?" "Still, that hero will need you. And, as coward as you are, I can sense that you can leave it alone. If that happens, you know the consequences" "..."
